Ainvo Disk Explorer accomplishes a very specific task - it allows you to find the largest files on your disk, which you may want to consider deleting. Sometimes you have really heavy files on your disk that are no longer useful to you, and which you did not even know about. This program quickly locates them and shows them to you, so that you can delete those you do not really need and so recover your precious disk space.
The program consists of a single window, where the program performs its task across several screens. The initial screen just offers an introductory message for you to know what the program does. Then you can click on the "Disk analysis" link or on the "Start button" for the program to analyze your disk. The process is relatively quick, but of course the time it may take will depend on the size of your disk and the number of stored files.
Once the analysis is complete, you need to press on the "Largest files" link to see the list of your biggest files ordered by size. With just a quick view you can know if some of them may be deleted. Unfortunately, the program does not allow you to do it directly from its own interface, so you will have to delete any unnecessary files manually. Finally, there is also an "Options" link that allows you to choose the drive or partition you want the program to analyze looking for large files.
